Changes in surname, first name or nationality

• After the diploma has been awarded, there is generally no right to correction or reprinting. Any changes are subject to payment of an administrative fee of CHF 100.
• In the event that such changes are not communicated prior to the award of the diploma and its supplement, the correction and reissue will entail an administrative fee of CHF 150.

Request for conversion of grades according to the grading system adopted by the destination country (EU and non-EU/EFTA countries)
