More and more often in our daily lives, we are confronted with complex issues that require the participation and intervention of several professionals in order to be fully understood and resolved positively. These scenarios are often characterised by uncertainty and variability and rarely present linear and ordinary solutions. Rather, they require new and creative approaches, to be achieved as quickly as possible.

In response to these situations, tools and methodologies have been developed to facilitate the process of reflection and resolution, enhancing the skills of individuals and groups and promoting participation and collective responsibility.
A team of teacher-facilitators from the Department of Education and Learning / University of Teacher Education is available to support individual teachers, groups of teachers, teaching staff, classes of students or other assemblies in reflecting on and resolving issues or challenges or in developing new projects.
