From 2025, the School Division has introduced a digital procedure through the GAGI system for requesting recognition or notification of continuing education courses. In general, teachers and school staff will receive feedback through GAGI on the QM recognised for DFA/ASP continuing education courses. For teachers in municipal schools, most courses are already in the system with the corresponding QM.
Please note that it is still necessary to register for DFA/ASP courses via our website or by writing to dfa.fc@supsi.ch: the GAGI procedure is only valid for requesting the opportunity to attend a course. Registration must always be submitted to the training institution providing the course.

Continuing education is aimed at an audience that already has a university education and an established occupation.
Continuing education studies establish a direct link between the learning offered and the professional practice of the participants through the choice of topics, professional input, discussions, case studies and projects. The focus is on strengthening problem-solving skills, which are exercised in practical tasks and with concrete reference to the topics of the field of work.

It depends on the degree recognition policies of each country. For MAS and EMBA courses, a Diploma Supplement is issued to facilitate academic and professional recognition of qualifications at international level (SUPSI issues the Diploma Supplement in a bilingual Italian-English version).
