Supervisioni e consulenze - DFA/ASP

Thematic pedagogical supervision aims to provide a space for reflection and to create the conditions for sustainable change in response to needs, through joint reflection.

SUPSI Image Default

In order to respond to requests for support reported by teachers from different school levels, a system of pedagogical supervision is proposed, focusing on specific topics that frequently arouse interest.

Pedagogical supervision offers a space for reflection, starting from the narration of experiences and contextual elements, with the aim of co-constructing educational and didactic paths that complement those implemented in the classroom.
It is therefore not a question of offering universal ‘recipes’, but rather of working together to create conditions that can foster sustainable change, geared towards responding to the needs and achieving the objectives of the teachers involved, through joint reflection.

Our proposals

Requests should be sent to dfa.fc@supsi.ch, indicating the specific topic for which supervision is requested and the training courses already taken in this area.

A supervision course has a maximum duration of 10 hours, divided into approximately 5 meetings.
If necessary, it is possible to request an additional 10 hours of supervision.

Supervision hours can be allocated until the total number of hours available for this service, established in agreement with the School Division, has been used up.
